According to the details, Kuwait has been declared the second richest country in the Gulf, Qatar the first, and Switzerland the first richest country in the world.
According to the 2021 Global Wealth Report released by Weiss Credit, Kuwait is the second richest Gulf country in terms of average per capita wealth by the end of 2020 after Qatar.
Kuwait’s average wealth jumped from 62 62,064 in 2000 to 9 129,890 by 2020, an increase of 109.3% over two decades.
Kuwait’s total wealth is 40 409 billion, which is 0.1% of the world’s total wealth in 2020, and per capita GDP is 34,339.
According to a report by Credit Suisse, Qatar ranks first in the Gulf region with an average per capita wealth of 14 146,730 and a total wealth of 35 352 billion.
In third place is the United Arab Emirates with an average wealth of 11 115,476 and a total wealth of 9 930 billion.
Bahrain ranks fourth with a per capita wealth of 87 87,559 and a total wealth of 11 115 billion. Saudi Arabia came in fifth with a per capita wealth of ، 68,697 and a combined wealth of 1. 1.662 trillion. Oman ranks sixth with a per capita wealth of ، 39,433 and a total of 8 148 billion.
With an average per capita wealth of about 4 674,000, Switzerland is ranked by Credit Suisse as of the richest country in the world, followed by the United States with an average per capita wealth of 50 505,420.
